Implementing Optimized Scheduling
Actenum products are highly configurable and flexible in order to address your specific scheduling and optimization requirements. To ensure that we get the details right during product implementation, our Professional Services team uses a Rapid Productivity Method (RPM) approach.
An RPM project is fast and low risk, and ensures that you are up and running quickly, obtaining business benefits within 30 days. During the RPM project we work with up to 2 users, and deploy a configuration tailored to meet the majority of your needs. This ensures that only minor adjustments are required as we move into full deployment, at a later stage.
The RPM approach includes:
- Requirements gathering
- Product configuration and installation
- Loading of your existing schedule data
- User training
- A product configuration that addresses your scheduling needs, using your data
- Loading of your schedule data
- Product installation for 2 users
- Training for both users
While implementing optimized scheduling during the RPM project, we explore any potential integration to other applications that may be required. In a subsequent project, we create the necessary links to either import or export data. Our team has performed many integration projects with commonly-used oil & gas applications, including:
