Actenum signs agency agreement with IPM: strengthens commitment to South America
Actenum Corporation, a Canadian software company providing collaborative planning and scheduling solutions to the energy industry, and IPM, one of the fastest growing consulting and software development organizations in South America, today announced the signing of an exclusive agency agreement.
The new agreement enables IPM to promote and sell Actenum's products—and provide technical support to Actenum customers—in the Republic of Colombia. As well, IPM's professional services team will participate in the implementation of Actenum products.
The agreement will further expand Actenum's presence in South America, and builds on IPM's existing expertise and services to the region's oil and gas firms.
“We are delighted to establish this relationship with IPM,” said Paul Maurer, Actenum CEO. “We have a strong commitment to South America, and by bringing together our expertise in assisting oil and gas companies with complex operational planning and scheduling, and IPM's established capabilities and regional business relationships, we are looking forward to a mutually-beneficial relationship.”
Alexander Meisel, IPM VP of Sales and Marketing, said: “We look forward to applying our capabilities and knowledge of the local business environment to this relationship with Actenum, and anticipate success for both parties as we move ahead.”
IPM is one of the fastest growing consulting firms in South America. With offices in several countries, IPM provides high-quality management services in Project Management, Business Consulting, and Information Technology, to the Oil, Gas, and Mining industry sectors.
